Abstract

El ejecutar un proyecto es algo habitual para cualquier tipo de empresa dedicada a la construcción, se define como: fuente de costos y beneficios que ocurren a través del tiempo, serie de actividades que están encauzadas a cumplir con un objetivo específico dentro de un presupuesto y un tiempo determinado. Presupuesto y tiempo son los principales elementos que se establecen en un proyecto de construcción, todo sistema que permita una estimación más acertada de cualquiera de estos, se vuelve una ventaja competitiva decisiva, que ayuda a la empresa a tener una mejor administración de obra en las primeras etapas al reflejarse a lo largo del proyecto. En este documento el objetivo es utilizar el sistema Case-Base Reasoning (CBR), como herramienta para estandarizar precios, computarizar procesos en cálculo de estimaciones de obra, y obtener costos más exactos. La automatización de los procesos relacionados con la gestión de costos de obra puede garantizar la obtención de resultados más precisos.
