Acciones fiscales en México en torno al cumplimiento de las acciones del Plan erosión de la base imponible y el traslado de beneficios de la OCDE

Abstract

Derivado de acciones encaminadas a disminuir la base imponible en las empresas multinacionales (EM), la Organización para la Cooperación y el Desarrollo Económicos (OCDE) se planteó la necesidad de prevenir la elusión fiscal internacional con reglamentación que contribuyera a la correcta recaudación en la fuente donde se originó la riqueza, nombrándole Plan contra la erosión de la base imponible y el traslado de los beneficios (BEPS). México, al igual que otros países, ha atendido estas acciones y ha emprendido reformas en su sistema tributario con el fin de implementarlas y elevar su recaudación fiscal. En este análisis descriptivo se mostrarán las principales acciones realizadas y los resultados atribuibles a estas.
