Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mempersiapkan, mengembangkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terutama tenaga pendidik (guru, dosen dan sebagainya), agar terampil dalam pembuatan sebuah produk multimedia interaktif yang siap pakai dan siap didistribusikan serta sebagai pedoman bagi penyelenggara, dan pendidik dalam menyelenggarakan dan melaksanaan pendidikan pada lembaga kursus/training agar dapat menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan kompeten dibidang pengembangan multimedia interaktif.
