Profil Hemodinamik Perianestesi Pasien Bedah Oftamology dengan Anestesi Umum

Abstract

Perubahan hemodinamik yang signifikan dapat terjadi pada awal pasca induksi hingga periode pemeliharaan anestesi sehingga adanya pemantauan hemodinamik perianestesi sangat diperlukan, termasuk pada pembedahan oftamology. Penelitian deskriptif longitudinal dilakukan dengan melibatkan 30 pasien yang menjalani tindakan pembedahan oftamology dengan anestesi umum. Pasien dengan penyakit jantung dikeluarkan dari penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan lembar monitoring perianestesi sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ketidakstabilan hemodinamik paling banyak terjadi di intra anestesi akibat adanya agen anestesi. Adanya monitoring secara detil di intra anestesi khususnya 5 menit pasca induksi agen anestesi sangat diperlukan.
