EVALUASI STRUKTUR BANGUNAN RUKO AKIBAT PENAMBAHAN BEBAN ATAP BERUPA MINI TOWER

Abstract

<p>Bangunan Rumah Toko (RUKO) Indralaya merupakan bangunan eksisting yang hanya berfungsi untuk bangunan rumah tinggal dan perkantoran. Bangunan ini berlokasi di Jalan Lintas Palembang-Prabumulih KM. 32 RT. 10 Lingkungan V Kelurahan Timbangan Kecamatan Indralaya Utara Kabupaten Ogan Ilir Sumatera Selatan. Bangunan eksisting tersebut direncanakan akan menambah beban berupa Mini Tower 25M dengan dudukan Baseframe dibawahnya dan dilengkapi dengan perangkatnya OD BTS (Out Door Base Tranceiver Station), Sehingga diperlukan perhitungan ulang dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Biasa (SRPMB) dikarenakan lokasi gempa berada di zona 2.Bangunan tersebut merupakan rangka batang atau open frame. Permodelan struktur bangunan menggunakan aplikasi Etabs V9.0.7 dengan memperhitungkan berat beban yang harus diterima oleh bangunan baik itu beban hidup, beban mati, dan beban gempa dan dihasilkan gaya-gaya dalam yang diperlukan untuk dievaluasi kekuatan struktur tersebut berdasarkan SNI-1726-2012, SNI-2847-2013, serta PPIUG-1983. Hasil dari perhitungan kondisi kolom bangunan eksisting area penambahan beban tidak mampu menerima beban tambahan berupa Mini Tower 25M maka direncanakan perhitungan ulang untuk memastikan elemen struktur yang baru dapat menahan beban tambahan tersebut. Hasil analisis elemen struktur bangunan yang baru berupa perbesaran kolom dihasilkan kolom lantai 1 diperbesar dari K12x12 ke K45x45 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa dan K25x25 ke K45x45 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa. Kolom lantai 2 diperbesar dari K12x12 ke K40x40 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa dan K20x20 ke K40x40 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa. Kolom lantai 3 diperbesar dari K20x20 ke K40x40 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa dan K20x20 ke K40x40 dengan mutu beton K-225, Tulangan 16D16 dengan fy=390MPa.<em></em></p>
