Chatbots für die Schreibdidaktik: zwei Praxisbeispiele

Abstract

Die Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache durch Maschinen (Natural Language Processing), wie Mensch-Chatbot-Interaktion, wird für universitäre Beratungsangebote immer wichtiger. Der Artikel beschäftigt sich entsprechend mit der Frage, inwiefern Chatbots Ratsuchende in schreibdidaktischen Beratungssituationen unterstützen können. Anhand eines ersten Gehversuchs, dem Praxisbeispiel „StefaN - Schreibtraining für alle Neugieren', werden Anforderungen von Chatbots in der Schreibberatung exploriert und es wird ein Problemaufriss gegeben. Die Beschreibung des Chatbots FragBeLa®, der Beratungschatbot des Zentrums für Lehrerbildung, zeigt dazu Lösungsansätze auf. Er bildet einen Ausgangspunkt für den schreibdidaktischen Nachfolge-Chatbot „Strin-g2'.
