Abstract

Pengujian sifat fisis yang dilakuan pada penelitian ini adalah : uji analisa saringan, uji kadar air, uji kadar lumpur, uji berat jenis dan penyerapan serta uji kadar organik. Selanjutnya dibuatkan benda uji untuk pengujian bahan bangunan non struktur berupa Batako dan Paving Blok. Pembuatan benda uji batako dan paving blok menggunakan dua agregat yaitu dari limbah bahan bakar batu bara dan dari pasir alami. Hasil pengujian sifat fisis menggambarkan bahwa agregat limbah bahan bakar batu bara memiliki bobot isi lebih ringan, berbutir kasar dan memiliki daya serap yang besar dibanding pasir alami. Pengujian kadar lumpur dan kandungan organik pasir alami dan agregat limbah batu bara sama-sama tidak memenuhi standar mutu untuk agregat halus. Hasil pengujian mutu paving blok dan batako mendapatkan bacaan rebound yang mendekati sama. Untuk berat kering dan berat ssd paving blok dan batako dari limbah bahan bakar batu bara lebih ringan dibanding pasir alami. Kata kunci : agregat, sifat fisis, rebound, ssd
