Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Dividen Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, Growth dan Degree Financial Leverage terhadap Price to Book Value (PBV); 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Dividen Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, Growth dan Degree Financial Leverage terhadap return saham; 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Dividen Payout Ratio, Return On Equity, Growth dan Degree Financial Leverage terhadap return saham melalui Price to Book Value (PBV); 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Price to Book Value (PBV)terhadap return saham.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang manufaktur industri barang konsumsi makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, periode 2010-2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 perusahaan, metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling (judgement sampling). Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dan Uji sobel.
