Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Prosedur Pengurusan Dokumen Barang masuk gudang Eksport pada PT Masaji kargosentra Tama Jakarta, dan Prosedur Prosedur penanganan Dokumen Import dan Prosedur pengangkutan Barang Ekspor pada PT Fajar Cargo Logistik Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan data dan fakta yang akurat. Hasil penelitian Prosedur Pengurusan Dokumen Barang Masuk Gudang Eksport, pada PT Masaji kargosentra Tama Jakarta, adalah terdapat 7 tahap yaitu: - pengecekan dokumen dan kondisi barang, CRS, DO, CLP, CLP dan CRS, Sedangkan dokumen yang dibutuhkan adalah NPE, PEB, CLP, PL, EIR, SJ, Invoice, CN/LG, DO, SI, PKBE, KE DAN CRS. Prosedur Pengangkutan Barang Ekspor status FCL PT Fajar Cargo Logistic, tahapannya ada 14 dianataranya; SI, DO, Booking Information, Packing List, Invoice, NPE, PE, BL, SKA, Kartu Ekspor, dan SPK. Untuk Dokumen Barang Impor Ada 3 tahap penanganan, diantaranya 1.Dokumen Penerimaan; ada 4 macam (Original Invoice, Packing list, BL, Asuransi), 2. Dokumen untuk Pengeluaran Barang Impor, mengurus PIB, SSPCP kemudian 3. Menerima peminjaman kontainer, dan Pengeluaran Barang Impor mulai dari pengiriman dokumen melalui EDI sampai dengan penyerahan barang kepada Importir hingga pengembalian container. Dari permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masing-masing perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa SDM yang ada dan teknologi yang diterapkan belum dilterapkan dengan optimal sehingga masih banyak kesalahan-kesalahan yang akhirnya dapat merugikan kedua belah pihak. Key Word : Prosedur, Pengurusan Dokumen, Barang Ekspor dan Impor Abstract The research aims to figure out how’s the procedure of documents management of goods entering the export werehouse at PT Masaji Kargosentra Tama (PT MKT), Jakarta and how’s the transportation of export goods and the procedure of the transportation of export goods and the procedure of handling of import document at PT Fajar Cargo Logistik (PT FCL), Jakarta. This research uses, descriptive method. Data collection is done by observation and interviews to optain an accurate data and facts. The research result of the procedure of documents management of googs entering the export warehouse at PT MKT is there are seven stages/phases; checking the document and condition of the goods, CRS, DO, ELR, SJ, Invoice, CN/LG, DO, SI, PKBE, KE and CRS. The procedure of the transportation of export goods FCL status at PT FCL is there are 14 stages; SI, DO, Booking Information, Packing List, Invoice, NPE, PE, BL, SKA, Eksport Card, and SPK. There are 3 stages of handling the documents of Imported Goods; 1. Receipt Document (Original invoice, Packing List, B/L, Asurance), 2. Docement for Releasing Im[orted Goods, managing PIB and SSPCP afterward, 3. Receive Container Lending and Imported Goods expecditure starting fromshipping docement through EDI, until delivering Imported goods to the Importer, up until returning the container. The problems encountered by each company showed that the existing human resources and technology are not get applied optimally and it result there are still many mistakes, that eventually can harm both parties Keywaord: Procedure, document handling, export and import goods
