Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Alokasi Belanja Modal

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh rasio derajat desentralisasi, rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah, rasio tingkat pembiayaan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran, dan rasio kemandirian terhadap alokasi belanja modal pada kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali pada tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Metode – Sampel penelitian ini adalah 36 Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah dari 9 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Bali tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil - Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa rasio derajat desentralisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap alokasi belanja modal, serta rasio ketergantungan keuangan daerah dan rasio kemandirian berpengaruh negatif terhadap alokasi belanja modal, dan sisa lebih pembiayaan anggaran berpengaruh positif terhadap alokasi belanja modal. Implikasi - Penelitian ini dapat menjadi pedoman pengambil kebijakan realisasi anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah.
