Abstract

As a complementary activity in the training of undergraduate students in computer engineering from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico, the use of business process modeling techniques for the solution of computer systems has been implemented in the Systems Analysis Learning Unit various case studies, which will introduce the student to a new approach, which will improve the management of analysis, design, implementation and determine strategies for the appropriate processes, proactively understand the needs of their context, establishing the approach of the problem to develop optimal and commercial solutions. It consists of the construction of logical diagrams with a standardized notation that allows visualizing the development context of a comprehensive system proposal that includes: hardware, software, humanware and dataware.
