Studi Molecular Docking Aktivitas Anti Alopecia pada Senyawa yang Terkandung dalam Daun Dadap Serep (Erythrina subumbrans (Hassk.) Merrill)

Abstract

Latar belakang: Tanaman dadap serep (Erythrina subumbrans) dilaporkan mengandung senyawa- senyawa pterocarpans, flavanon, isoflavon, triterpen dan steroid yang memiliki aktivitas sebagai antibakteri, antiplasmodial, antimikobakteri dan sitotoksik. Namun belum pernah dilaporkan senyawa kimia yang berkhasiat sebagai anti alopecia.Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan senyawa yang paling berpotensi sebagai antialopesia pada tanaman dadap serep (Erythrina subumbrans). Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan metode molecular docking. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap dua belas senyawa uji. Senyawa pembanding yang digunakan adalah minoxidil serta reseptor yang digunakan adalah Janus kinase 2 (JAK 2) dengan kode 3E64. Hasil: Hasil molecular docking menunjukkan bahwa Erythrabyssin II yang merupakan senyawa yang berpotensi sebagai anti alopecia dengan bobot molekul 396,5 g/mol dan rumus molekul C25H28O4. Senyawa tersebut memiliki nilai Energi bebas gibbs (ΔG) sebesar -9,6; konstanta inhibisi (KI) sebesar 0,090 µM serta residu asam amino yaitu LEU983, LEU932, LEU855, VAL863, ALA880 dan ASP994. Kesimpulan dan saran: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa daun dadap serep dapat dijadikan kandidat obat alami anti alopecia, serta perlu dilakukan pengujian secara klinik untuk mengetahui efek farmakologi bagi kesehatan.
