IV Congreso Binacional Colombo Ecuatoriano de Administración Pública

Abstract

Las nuevas tendencias de administracion publica se hacen cada vez mas presentes en cada una de nuestras sociedades y en cada uno de los Estados del continente. Es por ello que el presente trabajo revela avances y resultados de investigaciones que resultan ineditas. En el desarrollo encontraremos un importante estudio de campo de la economia social en America Latina, considerando un debate entre las politicas de Gobierno y politicas de Estado. De la misma manera, desde este campo de conocimiento se presenta un avance sobre la economia social del saber desde las practicas de culturas ancestrales en la cultura Pasto, en ella podemos encontrar ideas y principios hacia una construccion de valores colectivos orientados por los principios de solidaridad y ayuda mutua y finalmente el dilema de la representatividad politica.
