Abstract

Los páramos y bosque nativos constituyen fuentes de agua, oxígeno y materia prima para la obtención de numerosos principios activos, indispensables en la industria farmacológica y en la medicina tradicional de las comunidades, para dar solución a grandes problemas de salud que afectan actualmente la calidad de vida de las personas. Este libro ofrece un inventario de las zonas de páramo y bosque andino y subtropical pertenecientes a la "Asociación Laguna de Rasococha".
