Für den Lernerfolg der meisten Schüler:innen hat die Qualität der Beziehung zur Lehrperson eine zentrale Bedeutung. Wäre es deswegen nicht folgerichtig, sie selbst entscheiden zu lassen, wer sie unterrichtet? Zwei Schulen haben sich in dieser Frage gegensätzlich entschieden. Warum?
