Pemanfaatan Metode Geolistrik Resistivitas untuk Identifikasi Kondisi Tanah pada Perencanaan Jalur Perpipaan Bawah Tanah

Abstract

Keberagaman sifat fisik dan kimia lapisan bawah permukaan bumi menjadikan informasi geoteknik sangat penting dalam tahap awal perencanaan konstruksi, khususnya untuk pekerjaan bawah tanah seperti jalur perpipaan. Ketidakhomogenan kondisi tanah dapat menimbulkan risiko teknis jika tidak diantisipasi secara tepat. Metode geolistrik resistivitas merupakan salah satu teknik investigasi non-destruktif yang mampu memberikan gambaran distribusi resistivitas bawah permukaan, sehingga membantu mengidentifikasi karakteristik geologi dan struktur tanah secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan metode geolistrik resistivitas dalam mengidentifikasi kondisi tanah sebagai dasar pertimbangan teknis perencanaan jalur perpipaan bawah tanah di Kota Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Survei dilakukan pada 24 titik lintasan (GL 01–GL 24) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode eksperimen lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran langsung menggunakan konfigurasi elektroda tertentu untuk memperoleh nilai resistivitas pada setiap titik pengamatan. Hasil interpretasi data menunjukkan variasi nilai resistivitas yang mencerminkan perbedaan jenis material bawah permukaan seperti lapisan lempung, pasir, dan batuan keras. Temuan ini digunakan untuk menilai tingkat kesulitan penggalian, potensi kelongsoran, dan kemungkinan keberadaan air tanah di sepanjang jalur pipa yang direncanakan. Dengan demikian, penggunaan metode geolistrik resistivitas terbukti dapat memberikan informasi spasial yang mendalam dan mendukung perencanaan konstruksi perpipaan bawah tanah secara lebih aman dan efisien.
