RELIABILITAS INSTRUMEN KUALITAS E-LEARNING MENGGUNAKAN TEORI WHYTE & BYTHEWAY DAN WEBQUL 4.0

Abstract

Sistem e-learning dikembangkan dengan tujuan untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan proses akademik di Universitas Sriwijaya, namun seiring dengan pentignya peranan dari sistem, evaluasi terhadap efektivitas dari pemanfaatan sistem tersebut masih belum maksimal. Sehingga timbul kebutuhan untuk melakukan pemantauan untuk memastikan efektifitas dari fungsi sistem e-learning tersebut melalui evaluasi yang sistematis. Salah satu metodologi yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi yang didasarkan pada kerangka kerja Whyte & Bytheway. Kerangka kerja ini menawarkan pendekatan evaluasi sistem yang menekankan pada tiga unsur elemen utama yang relevan, yaitu produk, layanan, dan proses, pada penelitian ini hanya dua elemen yang digunakan yaitu produk dan layanan. Pada penelitian ini juga akan menggunakan metode WebQual 4.0. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengujian reliabitias terhadap variabel atau indikator yang akan dijadikan alat ukur untuk mengevaluasi e-learning. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan studi pendahuluan untuk evaluasi implementasi sistem e-learning dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Whyte & Bytheway dan WebQual 4.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan interpretasi data dapat disimpulkan seluruh atribut-atribut pada kuisioner evaluasi implementasi e-learning menggunakan kerangka kerja Whte & Bytheway dan Webqual 4.0 dapat dikatakan reliabel atau terpercaya.
