Abstract

Industri elektronik yang perkembangannya sangat pesat mengakibatkan peningkatan permintaan terhadap produk yang dihasilkan oleh suatu industri meningkat dan Pemenuhan permintaan pasar harus direspon oleh perusahaan dan Perusahaan harus mampu melakukan inovasi dan automatisasi terhadap proses yang sebelumnya proses transfer manual dan penulisan ini bertujuan melakukan automatisasi perancangan proses transfer produk kapasitor dengan konveyor belt.Proses transfer mengunakan tenaga manual atau menggangkat dan mendorong dengan manusia (operator) saat proses transfer produk sangatlah menguras tenaga juga mengakibatkan meningkatnya loss time, Menjadi faktor utama dibuatnya konveyor belt ini, sebelum dibuatnya konveyor disini peneliti akan melakukan metode Perancangan dan perhitungan terlebih dahulu yaitu dengan melakukan perhitungnan belt, perhitungan torsi, perhitungan daya motor, gearbox, perencanaan poros, pasak, bantalan bearings, dan transmisi rantai. Hasil dari perancangan dan perhitungan konveyor ini dapat diperoleh gaya tarik dan gaya efektif belt masing-masing, 122 N dan 256 N, torsi 3,88 N/m, daya motor 0,582 kW atau 1 hp, gearbox 25 rps, 30 rpm, diameter poros 30 mm, pasak 112,86 kg.mm , 4,030 mm, bantalan 7,091 kN, 2204,12 jam, 918383 hari, transmisi rantai 0,22 m/s, 345 kg.
