They also demand that staff who are not willing to comply—and only these—should wear face masks, for the patients’ benefit; they report high vaccination rates as a result of this stigmatization. One can just imagine how a sick person would react to individual healthcare workers wearing face masks, their fear and alienation. As they do not know the background, patients will immediately associate an uncalculable threat.
