Un panorama lunare: la dispersione scolastica

Abstract

Il contributo si concentra sugli aspetti complessi della dispersione scolastica implicita ed esplicita, definibile come la mancata, incompleta o irregolare fruizione dei servizi di istruzione e formazione da parte dei giovani in età scolare. La mancanza di una definizione più precisa e di una misurazione adeguata impedisce la comprensione del fenomeno nella sua interezza e la definizione di politiche efficaci per contrastarlo. I fattori associati alla dispersione scolastica includono le condizioni personali, familiari e sociali di vulnerabilità e svantaggio, l’organizzazione del sistema scolastico e la qualità dell’offerta formativa. Il presente contributo fornisce un’analisi dettagliata del fenomeno e di come possa influire sull’economia, sulla società e sul futuro dei giovani. La ricerca educativa e le pratiche di ascolto e partecipazione degli studenti sono fondamentali per trovare soluzioni efficaci e per definire un percorso che avvicini il sistema scolastico alla dispersione zero.
