Abstract

Vorgeschichte: Bei einer 65-jährigen Patientin mit seit mehr als 15 Jahren bekanntem Raynaud-Phänomen der Finger beider Hände [ref:1] wurde vor 10 Jahren eine gemischte Kollagenose (U1RNP –Antikörper positiv) festgestellt.
