Oficios del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero: Risaralda, Caldas y Quindío

Abstract

La investigación que da lugar a esta publicación tiene como objetivo documentar los oficios presentes en el Paisaje Cultural Cafetero Colombiano (PCCC) en los departamentos de Risaralda, Caldas y Quindío, en un esfuerzo conjunto de tres universidades que hacen parte de la red de investigación del Observatorio para la Sostenibilidad del Patrimonio en Paisajes, como son la Universidad Católica de Pereira, la Universidad de Caldas y la Universidad La Gran Colombia, sede Armenia, en alianza con Artesanías de Colombia. Si bien el Norte del Valle también hace parte del territorio del PCCC, para el momento de la realización de la investigación se contó con las voluntades de los aliados estratégicos que se vincularon al proyecto, de manera que el mismo se acotó a los tres departamentos mencionados.
