Estimación de biogás de relleno sanitario, caso de estudio: Colombia

Abstract

This study presents the landfi ll biogas Colombia model approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency and applied to Colombian case. The main objective was to estimate the biogas potential generation from Municipal Solid Waste- MSW from diff erent landfi lls in Colombia. This paper shows the theoretical results and compared to empirical results obtained from La Glorita Landfi ll, from Pereira-Colombia. Finally, based on the results, the study presents some choices to use it.
