Banks are extremely important in terms of the tasks they carry out within the existing financial system. Turkey has experienced serious difficulties related to the banking sector in the historical process, but since 2001, it has entered into a significant recovery period by implemented program for the restructuring of the banking sector. From this point, in this study, internal determinants that affect the commercial bank performances operating in Turkey have been investigated by the panel data analysis. Scope of the analysis, financial statements data of 13 commercial banks that traded in the Borsa Istanbul have been used for the period of 2002-2013. The results showed that ANFG, FK, KG and KTA ratios have statistically significant effects on bank performances.
