Abstract

La synthese « Politiques publiques et strategies des acteurs » correspond au chapitre 4 du Handboook of distance education : « Policies, administration and management » et est illustree par 11 articles. Trois d’entre eux prennent pour objet de recherche l’experience en France entre 2000 et 2003 des campus numeriques. Deux articles sont consacres aux dimensions economiques de la formation ouverte et a distance ; deux autres a la mise en œuvre et a la comprehension de la notion de « partenariats » dont l’un renvoie a l’experience quebecoise. Trois autres articles abordent des domaines specifiques de l’action publique : la FOAD en prison, la creation d’universites nouvelles dans les annees 1990, l’accompagnement scolaire. Un dernier est transversal au theme. Une conclusion revient sur les caracteristiques marquantes de ces recherches.
