Abstract

Ce papier a un double objectif. Le premier est de presenter les apports d’un systeme d’organisation des connaissances (SOC), Hypertagging (HT), aux activites de veille en entreprise, notamment pour faire emerger des signaux faibles et des opportunites d’innovation. HT est un SOC multidimensionnel et distribue, qui adopte une perspective de classification documentaire participative. Le deuxieme objectif concerne des choix de conception de metadonnees en vue d’une version ulterieure d’HT. Ces choix consistent a gerer des cycles de vie des documents et des elements de classification (vues, dimensions, tags). Des metadonnees ainsi enrichies sont necessaires pour la veille : elles permettent de detecter, au sein de collectifs, l’emergence de nouveaux concepts et pratiques documentaires. Elles permettent aussi de renforcer l’integrite du processus d’indexation de documents, particulierement critique dans des environnements d’entreprise web 2.0, constitues de multiples systemes heterogenes de gestion d’informations. L’utilisation de HT, detaillee dans un scenario de veille reglementaire est generalisable a d’autres contextes de veille.
