Abstract

W artykule scharakteryzowano instytucję mediacji, która została wprowadzona do postępowania administracyjnego ogólnego. Aktualnie mediacja może być prowadzona nie tylko pomiędzy stronami o sprzecznych interesach, ale również pomiędzy organem prowadzącym postępowanie i stronami tego postępowania. Mediacja jest prowadzona przez mediatora, który dąży do polubownego rozwiązania sporu.
