Abstract

Neste trabalho exploramos as potencialidades didáticas da robótica educacional para a construção de projetos interdisciplinares no contexto da educação básica. Trata-se de um relato de experiência interdisciplinar no qual se explorou, por meio da abordagem das Sequências de Ensino por Investigação (SEI), o uso de robôs na construção de semáforos temporizados de cruzamento (um para pedestres e um para carros). Essa proposta envolveu alunos do 1º, 2º e 3º anos do ensino médio, com idades entre 13 a 18 anos, da Escola Estadual Álvaro Paes, localizada na cidade de Coité do Nóia-AL. O projeto emergiu da iniciativa dos professores de Física e Matemática, em articulação com o Grupo Robótica da Rede Estadual de Alagoas, e nesse sentido tomou como tema gerador o conceito de cinemática. As atividades foram desenvolvidas aos sábados durante ano letivo de 2017. Como resultados, constatamos que essa experiência proporcionou aos alunos, por meio do trabalho colaborativo, entenderem a engenharia de execução dos semáforos de cruzamento; desenvolver e ma prática de programação dos semáforos; sentirem-se criativos, inovadores e capazes de desenvolver e melhorar dispositivos tecnológicos presentes em seu cotidiano.
