Objective: To review scientific articles to identify strategies and guidelines aimed at improving employee behavior in organizations. Methodology: Systematic review study, which included studies consistent with the proposed theme, available in full, in Portuguese and English, and published from 2019 to 2023. Results: Seven articles were found. The predominant themes were the importance of employee resilience and the need to develop leadership and ethical behavior among managers. The interventions analyzed brought benefits, such as improving individual performance, promoting a favorable organizational climate, and standardizing employee behavior. Conclusion: These findings provide valuable insights for organizational management, despite the limitations of the reviewed studies, such as sample size and other factors not considered that may influence employee behavior and organizational performance.
