SATISFAÇÃO NO AMBIENTE DE TRABALHO

Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo identificar o clima organizacional considerando o nível de satisfação dos colaboradores do Departamento de Psicologia de uma Instituição Pública a partir de uma pesquisa de clima organizacional. O trabalho aborda temas referentes a clima organizacional, pesquisa de clima organizacional, satisfação no ambiente de trabalho e qualidade de vida no trabalho. Trata-se de um estudo quantitativo/qualitativo e descritivo. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, foi aplicado um questionário com perguntas objetivas e abertas, que permitiu diagnosticar os fatores que afetam a satisfação dos colaboradores quanto ao ambiente de trabalho, o relacionamentos entre os colegas de departamento, o relacionamento com a supervisão, os benefícios e salários oferecidos, e os demais fatores importantes para avaliação do clima da instituição. Como resultado, com base no autor Luz (2003), pode-se observar que o clima da organização estudada é prejudicado, sendo necessário propor intervenções planejadas de melhorias, uma vez que o clima retrata o momento atual da empresa e pode ser modificado.
