</script>Partimos do conceito de mito do historiador mexicano Alfredo López Austin e posteriormente trazemos narrativas de seu livro Una vieja historia de la mierda, ilustrados por Francisco Toledo. O corpo, em nossa perspectiva comunicacional, é pensado como uma mídia primária, mas, de acordo com os tempos, as imagens míticas vão utilizando também outros meios, como o registro gráfico (o livro) ou os formatos digitais, como as fotografias e os vídeos, para difundir e renovar as velhas histórias.
