Abstract

Проведён молекулярно-генетический анализ нуклеотидных последовательностей участков S- и M-сегментов штаммов Puumala orthohantavirus, полученных из трех локаций Республики Мордовия. Установлено, что выявленные штаммы относительно наиболее близкородственны штаммам из Курской области. Полученные результаты дают основания предположить, что штаммы PUUV, циркулирующие в Курской области и выявленные в Республике Мордовия могут относится к отдельной сублинии в русской генетической линни вируса.
