Abstract KEVLAR 49 is a high-modulus para-aramid reinforcing fiber. It is a widely used organic reinforcing fiber in advanced composites. It has exceptional strength and stiffness and is a low density material. This datasheet provides information on physical properties, tensile properties, and compressive and shear strength.
