Abstract

La maternidad en el ámbito laboral es un derecho humano fundamental que se debe garantizar en todos los sectores laborales sin excepción. Para poder ejercer este derecho existe una realidad innegable que probablemente lo limiten, pero también existe un conjunto de leyes que lo protegen: la Ley Federal del Trabajo y la Ley del Seguro Social. Para tener noción de algunos casos de aplicación de este derecho, se cuenta con un sondeo que se realizó sobre algunas madres trabajadoras de la industria electrónica y del sector educativo.
