Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza el exponencial desarrollo de las telecomunicaciones durante los últimos años, y su creciente impacto en el ejercicio y disfrute de los derechos fundamentales. Resultan tan necesarios que el acceso a las mismas en un mundo cada vez más globalizado como el actual, se ha convertido en un asunto de la mayor importancia a efectos de garantizar mejores niveles de bienestar y desarrollo para millones de personas en el planeta.
