
(1) 溶媒にn-ヘキサンを,内部標準物質にチオナフテンを用いるGCにより,β-フェネチルからし油の定量をこころみた。(2) FIDおよびFPDを用いたGCでは,定温と昇温条件のいずれでも,定量は可能であった。(3) ホース粉加水分解物中には,β-フェネチルからし油含量は,FPD(昇温)を用いるGCでは,0.128~0.241重量%であった。
