Abstract

Pada dasarnya setiap manusia di ciptakan oleh Allah SWT di dunia ini khususnya umat yang beragama Islam di wajibkan untuk melaksanakan sholat 5 waktu. Para penyandang tunanetra yang beragama Islam seringkali mengalami kesulitan untuk mencari arah kiblat saat hendak melaksanakan sholat. Hal ini terjadi karena penyandang tunanetra tidak dapat melihat dan menentukan arah kiblat dengan pas. Kebutuhan sistem pendeteksi arah kiblat dan pengingat jumlah rakaat untuk penyandang tunanetra sangat perlu untuk bantuan sholat. Untuk mengatasinya maka dibuatlah sistem pendeteksi arah kiblat dan pegingat jumlah rakaat untuk penyandang tunanetra berbasis arduino. Dari hasil analisa yang dibutuhkan bahwa sistem yang dibutuhkan adalah yang dapat mendeteksi arah kiblat serta mejadi pengingat jumlah rakaat yang sudah dikerjakan. Sistem dirancang dan dibangun menggunakan Arduino Uno dan Arduino Nano sebagai mikrokontroler, Sensor Kompas HMC5883L dan Sensor Infrared sebagai pencari arah kiblat dan pendeteksi jumlah rakaat. Df player mini sebagai output untuk mempermudah para penyandang tunanetra, saat menggunakan sistem ini dirancang apabila Sensor mendeteksi arah kiblat akan mengeluarkan suara yang sudah di setting begitu juga untuk pengingat jumlah rakaat sholat.
