Neoliberalizam njemačkih demokršćanskih stranaka u politici državljanstva od 1990. do danas

Abstract

Rad pojašnjava političko–pravni okvir politike državljanstva, koju su razvile demokršćanske stranke u Njemačkoj od 1990. do danas. Cilj je istražiti način i motive stvaranja “zemlje imigracije” te oblikovanje politike koja je od pitanja identiteta o kojem se ne pregovara postala javna politika podložna kompromisima i neoliberalnim interesima, pri čemu je i utjecaj religije, nadasve islama, bio važan. Daje se ocjena modela koji se implementirao kao rezultat tih procesa te donosi zaključak o prirodi istoga.
