Skolebasert kompetanseutvikling i partnerskap

Abstract

Som representanter for UH-sektor og med rolle som utviklingspartner overfor skoler i satsingen UIU, sitter vi igjen med mange erfaringer fra en spennende prosess. Samtidig sitter vi ogsa igjen med ny og foredlet kunnskap og flere sporsmal enn da vi startet. A vaere partner for skoler og kommuner i UIU gjennom skolebasert kompetanseutvikling har vaert en laerende-, spennende- og krevende prosess. Vi onsker med dette som utgangspunkt a summere vare og andres erfaringer i «Rapport fra Universitetet i Stavanger» med mal om deling av erfaringer og laering fra ulike perspektiv i satsingen UIU. Var ambisjon med rapporten er ogsa at historien om skolebasert kompetanseutvikling gjennom UIU ikke bare kan fortelles ut fra et UH-perspektiv, men ogsa gi rom for a «lofte stemmen» til andre aktorer i satsingen. Gjennom rapporten onsker vi a dele perspektiv som kan oppleves som nyttig for UH-sektor, laerere og ledere i skolen Rapporten onsker a henvende seg laerere, skoleledere og skoleeiere. I tillegg vil ogsa rapporten vaere relevant for UH-sektor og laererutdannere gjennom a bidra med erfaringer og ulike perspektiv knyttet til profesjonsutvikling og profesjonsfellesskap i skolen. Rapporten har en todelt struktur der forste del omhandler ulike tekster som tar ulike perspektiv pa skolebasert kompetanseutvikling fra et UH-perspektiv. Andre del presenterer erfaringer og fortellinger fra praksisfeltet. Rapporten samlet onsker a synliggjore noe av spennet i en skolebasert kompetanseutvikling.
