
Abstrak — Leadership is the way theleader influences the behavior of hissubordinates , in order to cooperate andworkp roductively for the sake ofachievement of goals from theorganization. The leadership pstyle of aleader in motivatingemployees to carryout company activities will determinetheperformance of the company ororganization. In relationshipleaders withsubordinates, a number of employees ofexpect to gettreatment of leaders who areopen and provide flexibility inwork, whileothers hope that the leadershipcorrectsresults morebad work because this willmake subordinates work lessproductiveand less partisipating in decision making.Leadersipispark of management, namelyplanning and organizing, but themain roleof leadershipis to influence other people toachievetheir stated goals.
