Kafalah is one of the laws that apply in Islam. Kafalah is an activity that involves agreements and agreements from one party to another that have been mutually agreed upon in other words, it is a law related to guarantees. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive. Data collection was carried out by interview, documentation, and direct observation. The result stated by the author is that the kafalah contract can maintain the possibility of the occurrence of the ongoing tract. The kafalah agreement has been widely applied in financial institutions in Islamic banks.based on the kafalah bil ujrah system that has previously been allowed by economists.
