Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia adalah suatu cara atau ilmu yang mengatur tentang bagaimana hubungan individu dengan manusia lainnya, yang secara efisien sumber daya yang dimiliki manusia bisa digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Dalam sebuah bisnis atau organisasi sangat diperlukan perencanaan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang baik. Konsep yang baik harus diatur untuk melakukan upaya-upaya seperti perekrutan, pengembangan, memberikan motivasi, dan mengevaluasi semua yang dibutuhkan perusahaan terhadap sumber daya manusia yang ada. Dalam makalah ini penulis tertarik pada fungsi-fungsi yang ada dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan menggunakan perencanaan dan konsep yang baik dalam mengelolah sumber daya manusia, akan memberikan dampak positif bagi tenaga kerja dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan.
