Abstract

Proses pengkajian ialah tahap awal dari proses keperawatan yang dilakukan secara sistematis atau dengan mengumpulkan data individu secara komperhensif terkait aspek biologis, sosial, psikologis, maupun spiritual. Partisispan pada penelitian ini sebanyak lima partisipan dan dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner data demografi, observasi, dan wawancara mendalam serta direkam dengan menggunakan alat perekam.
