Abstract

Kewajiban merupakan sesuatu yang wajib dilaksanakan. Jika tidak dilakukan maka akan mendapatkan hukuman. Program jamkesmas adalah setiap orang miskin dan tidak mampu yang selanjutnya disebut dengan peserta JAMKESMAS, yang terdaftar dan memiliki kartu dan berhak untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dari pemerintah. Sasaran jamkesmas disetiap kabupaten/kota belum dianggap sah apabila Bupati/walikota belum menetapkan peserta jamkesmas Kabupaten/Kota dalam satuan jiwa berisi nomor, nama dan alamat peserta dengan bentuk keputusan Bupati/Walikota
