Abstract

Tujuan ini untuk memperdalam wawasan tentang birokrasi dan demokrasidalam pelayanan public pemerintah. Dalam konteks ini, demokrasi perluditingkatkan. Apapun bentuk negaranya, pelayanan public menjadi alatpemerintah dalam mewujudkan dalam kesejahteraan warganya. Birokrasi yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh birokrasi dandemokrasi dalam pelayanan cukup kompleks dan cukup rumit.
