Abstract

Gizi adalah proses suatu organisme menggunakan makanan yang dikonsumsi secara normalmelalui digesif, absorpsi, transportasi, penyimpanan, metabolisme, dan pengeluaran zat-zat yang tidak diperlukan oleh tubuh untuk mempertahankan kehidupan, pertumbuhan,menjalankan fungsi normal dari organ tubuh dan menghasilkan energi (Putra, 2013).Zat Gizi Makro adalah makanan utama yang membina tubuh dan memberi energi. Zat gizi makrodibutuhkan dalam jumlah besar dengan satuan gram (g). Zat gizi makro terdiri ataskarbohidrat, lemak, dan protein (Kuspriyanto Susilowati, 2016).
