Abstract

Pada zaman sekarang ini sudah perusahaan semua sudah menggunakan banyak strategy untuk menjalankan perusahaannya. Sudah ada banyak strategy strategy yang muncul di kalangan bisnis dan juga sudah banyak yang dikalahkan oleh strategy lain yang lebih efektif. Perushaan juga harus berhati hati dalam pemilihan strategy karena ada beberapa strategy yang malah merusak perusahaan dan membuatnya gagal, maka itu dibutuhkan management yang benar. Untuk mengatur perusahaan yang benar diperlukan pendekatan untuk pembuatan strategy agar strategy tersebut bisa berjalan dengan lancar dan benar. Perusahaan sekarang ini sudah mulai menggunakan lebih dari satu strategy untuk merencanakan plan b nya mereka dan sering kali saat dijalankan strategynya itu berujung ke kegagalan, maka itu diperlukan pendekatan ke strategy strategy ini yang bisa membuat lancarnya jalannya tersebut, pendekatannya bisa memakai ambidexterity.
