STANDAR PERENCANAAN KEPERAWATAN DALAM ASUHAN  KEPERAWATAN

Perencanaan merupakan tahap selanjutnya setelah pengkajian dan penentuan diagnosa keperawatan. Perencanaan juga merupakan petunjuk tertulis yang menggambarkan secara tepat mengenai rencana tindakan yang dilakukan terhadap pasien sesuai dengan tingkat kebutuhan berdasarkan diagnosa keperawatan yang muncul. Untuk itu rencana tindakan yang baik tentunya harus berdasarkan pada diagnosa keperawatan yang telah dirumuskan (Hartati, Handoyo, Anis, 2010).
