Abstract

Amac: Bu calisma; afazili bireylerde Afazi Dil Degerlendirme Testi sonuclari ile ambulasyon duzeyi ve fonksiyonel bagimsizlik arasindaki iliskinin degerlendirilmesi amaciyla planlandi. Hastalar ve Yontemler: Inme sonrasi konusma bozuklugu sikayeti bulunan bireylerin dosyalari incelenerek demografik veriler ve hastalik ile ilgili bilgiler kaydedildi. Bireylerin fonksiyonel bagimsizlik seviyesinin belirlenmesinde; Fonksiyonel Bagimsizlik Olcegi FIM , ambulasyon duzeyinin belirlenmesinde; Fonksiyonel Ambulasyon Skalasi FAS ve afazi degerlendirmesinde Afazi Dil Degerlendirme Testi ADD kullanildi. Bulgular: Bireylerin yas ortalamalari 57.4±8.8 yil olup, 11’i %23.4 kadin ve 36’si %76.6 erkekti. ADD puanlari ve yas arasinda istatistiksel olarak anlamli negatif orta duzeyde korelasyon saptandi p
