Eurygaster maura L. (Hemiptera: Scutelleridae) yumurtalarında Trissolcus semistriatus Nees ve Trissolcus grandis Thomson (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae)’in biyolojisi

Abstract

Çalışma konukçu olarak Eurygaster maura (Hemiptera: Scutelleridae) yumurtaları kullanılarak, doğa koşullarında yumurta parazitoiti Trissolcus semistriatus Nees ve T. grandis Thomson (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae)’in biyolojilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Parazitoitler ölene kadar her gün 42 adet konukçu yumurtası verilmiştir. T. semistriatus, verilen yumurtaların T. semistriatus ortalama 79.70 adedini, T. grandis ise 75.50 adedini parazitlemişlerdir. Bu yumurtalardan parazitoitlerin çıkış oranı T. semistriatus’ta %11.42 ile 62.85 arasında, T. grandis’te ise %10.28 ile 67.50 arasında değişmiştir. Eşey oranı T. semistriatus’ta 0.81, T. grandis’te ise 0.82 olarak kaydedilmiştir. Aynı konukçuda, parazitoitlerin gelişme süreleri, dişi T. semistriatus’ta 27.05 gün ve T. grandis’te ise 26.69 gün ve erkek bireylerde bu süreler sırasıyla 25.07 ve 22.56 gün olarak saptanmıştır. İstatistiki analiz sonucu, iki parazitoit arasında ovipozisyon süreleri yönünden fark önemli bulunmuş olup, postovipozisyon ve ömür yönünden fark önemli bulunmamıştır.
